the cania gorge retreat is a sanctury, a quiet little piece of paradise (a tourist park) in a larger piece of paradise, cania gorge national park. if you like birdwatching, bushwalking, geology, or just generally appreciate nature a visit to cania gorge is well worth the effort. there are good instructions for getting there at the bottom of “the retreat” contact page. interestingly enough they recently had a visit from a camel train
